Each song is handcrafted from scratch, written and produced exclusively for the person or business who commissioned it. Because of this deeply personal, made-to-order nature, all sales are final across all packages, including Personal, Commercial, and Distribution-Ready songs.
We know this type of work carries a lot of heart. So even though we don’t offer refunds, we do everything in our power to make sure your experience feels meaningful, supported, and creatively fulfilling.
Why All Sales Are Final
Each song is:
Custom-written based on your story, message, or brand identity
Produced using studio time, musicianship, and creative labor unique to your project
Not resellable or reusable in any way once creation begins
Because your song is truly one-of-one, we cannot offer refunds after purchase.
Revisions to Help You Love the Final Song
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
Every package — Personal, Commercial, and Distribution-Ready — includes a set number of revision rounds so we can fine-tune things like:

Production style

Commercial & Distribution Packages
For clients using their song for business, marketing, or public release:
Your purchase includes the appropriate rights for your package (commercial usage and/or full distribution rights).
Because licensing and creative resources are allocated specifically for your project, these packages are also non-refundable.
We’re committed to working collaboratively during revisions to ensure your final song aligns with your brand identity and objectives.
If You Need to Cancel
We understand that life happens.
If a project must be canceled:
You will still receive any work completed to date.
Refunds are not available for any package once the order is placed, as we begin creative planning, writing, and project scheduling immediately.
